Intro Conversation
After you fill out the form below, we begin with a conversation (email or phone) to get to know each other and explore your vision. This is where we align on your ideas, style, and what you’re dreaming up for your event. We’ll reach out with some clarifying questions to gain a holistic understanding of your overall vision and dial in your ideal wish list.

Custom Estimate & Deposit

Following our conversation, you’ll receive an estimated quote based on your needs, priorities and overall design direction. We’ll refine the details together until everything feels just right. Once you’re ready to move forward, a signed floral services agreement and 50% non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date.

Proposal & Design Review

Using the notes and inspiration you’ve shared, I’ll create a custom design proposal outlining the visual direction for your flowers. This may include a mood board, colour palette, suggested floral varieties, vessel ideas, and overall styling notes. At this point we will meet in person or hop on a virtual call to review together.

Planning & Preparation
As your wedding approaches, I’ll take care of sourcing, planning, and preparing each floral element with intention and care. Every design is created to feel cohesive, seasonal, and thoughtfully connected to your celebration.

Execution
On the day of your wedding, your floral vision comes to life through delivery, setup, installation, and final styling. From the first arrangement to the finishing touches, every detail is brought together so you can experience your flowers at their most beautiful.
